School Grading and Monitoring System implemented by department of secondary education, UP to evaluate various school in a common scale so that information related to quality of education and area of improvement can be find out through this online system and this data can be used for further analysis and planning.
School grading and monitoring system capture input related to various parameters of academic and non-academic activities and calculate Grading of school on the basis of their performance in these vast parameters.
The main objective of the proposed system is to improve the quality of education in government schools, for that department has implemented the grading and monitoring system to all government Schools. With the help of this information management system, department is gathering the information about all government schools about schools general details, staff details, student strength, school result details, syllabus covered, infrastructure details, extra academic activities and Facilities in schools. As per the information, after approvals software provides the marking to schools over all indicators. To make more effective grading system, now the department needs to add some new indicators on grading portal. All information will be feed at schools level; Principal of schools will verify that information, after DIOS of corresponding district will approve that information, after that software will allocate grading to that particular school, all information can be viewed at head office level.
